Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs' motion to dismiss plaintiff Mark Finchem's election contest with prejudice. In their oral arguments the defendant's attorney, Andy Gaona argues for sanctions to be placed on the plaintiff and his attorney. Presiding Judge Melissa Julian will issue her written decision by 5pm today, Arizona time.
