Chewy Molasses Cookies - EASY Dessert Recipe

These lightly spiced chewy molasses cookies are perfect for Christmas cookies, or any holiday dessert! These cookies are actually delicious year-round, but I tend to make them most often around Christmas. I prefer chewy cookies to crunchy, and these are definitely on the chewier side. These molasses cookies have a subtle hint of ginger and cinnamon.

Ingredients (I made a double batch in the video):
4 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup light molasses
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
