The TWO Martial Law Declarations of 1857 Mountain Meadows

There are two martial law declarations in 1857. One in August and was in force when George A Smith and Jake Hamblin met the wagon train at Corn Creek. But not a word was said. Some believe that the first MLD is just a typo but I show that The Type Is Very Different.
