How to adjust Front Springs on Honda Rancher ATV

This ATV was in a flood and requires multiple fixes. From replacing the seat, cleaning the carburetor, fixing the lights, and fixing the brakes.

While working on the rear brake issue we noticed that the front leaf springs were miss-aligned.
