Duck Smoke!!! Easy smoked duck that has the best smokey flavor without going to far!!

Today we smoked this duck with nothing but a few pieces of oak wood and a simple rub. After Thanksgiving, it was gone!!! The family loved it and not one complaint was even thought of!!
