The Hogwarts Castle out of Gingerbread! - I Bit Off More than I Could Chew...

I made everything by hand: the gingerbread, the icing, and even the templates...which maybe wasn't the best idea.
While I'm proud of my creation, it surely falls short of my vision. But I learned a lot about working with gingerbread and icing. And besides, Christmas is all about having fun and spending time with loved ones!
