Don't leave it in the hands of family, friends, children or carers. Take charge of your health, to ensure you age like fine wine. To ensure when your 60+ your fit as a fiddle.

You don't want diabetes, heart attacks and strokes. So stop all the shit. Stop eating sugar like a primary school child. Stop smoking 20 cigarettes a day and down 12 pints on Saturday.

Start doing the right stuff, drink plenty of water, exercise everyday, stretch regularly, walk, sweat, eat health food, stop bad habits like smoking and drinking.
