In 2011, BSB completed T-30, a 30-storey hotel in just 15 days. At a cost of less than $1000/sqm it is considered very low-cost.

Built in 360 hours, 30 stories, 9 magnitude earthquake resistant, 5 times the energy efficiency of conventional constructions.

Built using highly innovative prefabrication techniques, construction waste is kept to 1%, and with the use of BROAD's fresh air technology, the indoor air quality is dramatically improved.

The T30 Hotel, in Hunan Province, China, represents BROAD Sustainable Building's landmark success story.
