Well, it looks as though the snake is starting to eat itself by the tail.

When we look at the November deficit numbers, they have risen sharply for two reasons. Number one, tax revenues have fallen and at the same time, the amount the government is spending has jumped.

To get into the numbers, the US budget deficit increased by $57 billion from last year. That is a record for the month of November.

Things they spent more money on are things like education, health care, and specifically interest on the national debt.
