What's up you guys. In today's episode I'm spilling the juice on my experience as an immigrant. I was born in Algiers Algeria, and moved to the United States with my family when I was 3 years old. During the 90's in the motherland, there was tension between extremists and the government which escalated into a civil war. This lead my parents to ultimately pack up our bags and head out to LA. I'm only covering the first 13 years of my arrival because that was how long I remained a "legal alien" in the states. I have since traveled to other parts of the world, and I have to give it up to Los Angeles when it comes to diversity. Til this day, Southern California is one of the most colorful places I've ever been to. I know the struggles of being an immigrant can be challenging, and is different for everyone, so I thought I'd share my story.
