Philmont trek gear shakedown

Before every Philmont Trek your ranger will have the crew pull ALL of your gear out of your pack and the whole crew goes through the checklist of gear to be sure everyone has what they need. This is called the "shakedown". Here is a peak at the shakedown for my crew in 2021.
