In this video learn we talk about the approach to starting vlogs, we go through my home, home studio, office, talk about the general day, meetings, how to conduct interviews, HR, ATS, implementing strategies.

This is NOT cinematic B-roll, this is RAW, and more importantly REAL day to day type stuff. (all feedback is welcome) We will get better at editing and improving the content to make it more engaging, but the raw value here is from years and lots of invested hours and $'s of failures and successes.

The company I own and operate has over 60 staff, across 6 countries, in 5 different time zones. Through deploying EOS and setting up meetings we've been able to streamline our ops and sales strategies and the reality is we have been extremely successful over the years.
