Abraham Hicks, Esther Hicks " Taking the focus off the problem" North L.A.

Welcome to another recording! This audio was recorded on 8/22/15 in North, L.A. In this audio Abraham chooses a hot seater with a problem. The hot seater is focused on the problem, so Abraham advises "taking the focus off the problem". Abraham explain the essential point of letting go of the problem or contrast that you may be facing, or otherwise the problem or contrast will get bigger. Abraham explains, contrast will fade in the absence of thought. Think of contrast as a hungry fish that is never satisfied, and if you feed it every hour, the fish will eternally grow to be a whale. Now if we distract, ourselves by seeking good feeling thoughts we do the opposite, and instead of having a whale, we will have a tiny fish, because of lack of food. It is not always easy as we hear along with the hot seater. I identify very much with the hot seater, but I have learned, that contrasting thought is never satisfied.
