Wanted By the FBI: Andrew Peter Dabbs

Andrew Peter Dabbs, also known as Peter Dabbs, is wanted by the FBI for the brutal murder of his girlfriend, Robin Shea. Shea was just 20 years old when Dabbs shot her in the chest with a 45-caliber revolver while the couple was driving through Norton, Massachusetts.
