"Deutschlandlied" - Farawell Honors of Angela Merkel as Chancellor of Germany in Berlin 2021

After serving 16 years as Chancellor of Germany since 2005, in December 3, 2021, in Front of the German Chancellor's Office, Angela Merkel has decided to retire from the position. This is the German National Anthem "Deutschlandlied", which is played during Germany's highest military ceremony, as a sign of farewell and tribute (honors) to Angela Merkel. Although, she will still hold the post of Chancellor of Germany until the next Chancellor is appointed. Angela Merkel is the first female Chancellor of Germany, and the first Chancellor of Germany since German Reunification who grew up in East Germany.
