Mesmerizing plane auto-landing in fog 🇳🇴

This pilot – with his own channel on Instagram, linked below – shows us how it looks like when you land a plane during fog. This pilot is making an auto landing at Oslo’s international airport of Gardermoen with his Boeing 747-400.

The thin layer of fog hanging over the airport and thus the runway, is thin enough for the instrumental lights to piece through it, allowing the pilot to land the large plane safely at the airport. Only with the help of modern techniques like this at the airport, and of course the automated landing equipment on board of the plane it is possible to make a landing in this kind of weather.
