Denver issues emergency declaration as hundreds of migrants continue arriving from Central, South America

Michael Hancock on Thursday issued an emergency declaration to prevent what he called a “local humanitarian crisis of unsheltered migrants” as hundreds of people from central and south American continue to arrive in the Mile High City.
