Turning to the States for Solutions with America First Policy Institute

The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) is advancing policies that put the American people first. AFPI Policy Director Carrie Sheffield attended the ALEC States and Nation Policy Summit to hear from state lawmakers about their legislative priorities in 2023. "Our guiding principles include liberty, free enterprise, national greatness, the primacy of American workers, families, and communities, " Sheffield told ALEC TV. Sheffield said AFPI is working to develop a library of model policies to help state lawmakers address problems with an America First framework.
