Ingredients for Broccoli Salad:

1 lb fresh broccoli, cut and rinsed (can use up to 1.5 lbs)
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small red onion, diced
1/4 cup sunflower seed kernels
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Sweetener ( I used Monkfruit)
4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (1 TBSP + 1 Tsp)
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
