Revocation of election (part 3) Nonresident alien

In this video I go over exactly what a non-resident alien actually is. This is a vital part of the revocation of election process because you need to correctly assign your status and inform the IRS exactly what your status is. I don't know if you can do a revocation of election without becoming a national first I'm sure there's a way but I don't know what it is and I would recommend that if you want to do a revocation of election that you probably want to change your status to national anyway because you don't want to be connected to the federal corporation.Show more
