Pentagon dismisses Russia's warning on Patriot missiles

Pentagon spokesman Brigadier General Patrick Ryder at a press briefing on Thursday responded to Russia's warning that the United States' plans to supply Patriot missile defense systems to Ukraine were a "provocation" and a further expansion of the United States' military involvement in the Ukraine conflict.
