I am going to predict we will see businesses take on fewer females and minorities
Before I start clearly I am not saying that it is correct to sexual harassment anyone regardless if they are male or female. Nor am I talking about this case. I am going to talk generally. I seem to read almost each week about a lady or a minority winning some work related case. What I suspect is that in time we will see fewer women and fewer minorities being offended jobs or at least jobs in management and such. Simply because a white straight male is probably (one suspects) is less likely to take an employer to court. I have had female business owners over the years tell me that unofficially they only employ males as they do not want the hassle of court. So let us see if in years you come we see less women and less minorities in top jobs in businesses.
