00:54:49 ~ December 7th, 2022... Muncie Controller Craig Wright tried to tell everyone, while speaking to the Board of Works... that the Mayor was "VERY TRANSPARENT" back on October 13th (27th) 2021... when he came to the BOWs with the project even though he didn't have to!

00:59:21 ~ October 27th, 2021... Muncie Mayor Dan Ridenour speaks to the Board of Works for 50 seconds NEVER giving the address of the project... & not identifying the project in ANYWAY, other than giving the NAME... that NO ONE WOULD or COULD KNOW!

01:04:42 ~ December 14th, 2022... I went to the Board of Works meeting! Their attitude was much different this time! They let me speak with no issue! and I laid out all the crap, like Lt Columbo... "Oh, and just one more thing!"
