Bell Peppers, Cabbage And Beef

12/1/2022 - Hey Y'all! It's lunch time. I am feeling something lite. I harvested a Bell Pepper from the garage. Let's Make a Cabbage & Beef dish my mom loved. As a Diabetic I enjoy this dish often with my family. The veggie ingredients, Bell Peppers and onions can also be used in egg rolls. We have eaten it wrapped and deep fried or oven baked in egg roll wrappers. These days we enjoy just eating it without the wrapper but maybe with a cornbread muffin or cornbread slice. Hope you guys try it out.
