Instant Pot Chopped | Pulled Brisket | Brisket Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup Beef Broth
3 lb Beef Brisket cut into 1/2 lb chunks
1 tbsp smoked paprika
SPG rub - enough for your taste

Directions

Pour 1 Cup of Beef Broth in the Instant Pot

Add in the Brisket pieces and sprinkle with Smoked Paprika

Secure the lid and make sure vent if closed

Press the Manual Button and program for 60 minutes

Let naturally release for 15 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure

Remove the Brisket from the pot and put into shallow dish and chop.

Mix in BBQ Sauce and 1/4 cup of cooking juices

Pile onto Bun and eat a great dinner.
