BUT I WASN'T HEALED! / Pastor Bob's Coffee Break

Dear Pastor Bob: Some Christians honestly believe that they can promise healing to those whom they pray for.  After they are done praying for someone, they will declare that person healed. Or, they will say “consider it done.” Is this Biblical? I believe we should pray for physical healing for ourselves and for others. But what if we promise healing to someone and they do not actually receive that healing?  Doesn’t this send mixed messages to people and weaken our Christian witness and get people to doubt God? Does God owe us physical healing like some Christians believe? They say the healing is there for the taking, we just need to have faith.

Today's Scripture:
Proverbs 4:20-22

† WE ARE METAL \m/ WE ARE FAMILY †
