Stir-Fried Bok Choy Taste Test - 19 May 2022

So I've cooked Bok Choy in Omelets & Soups but today I stir-fried it, then let it simmer for about 30-45 mins or until tender. It greatly resembled cooked Turnip Greens. I even had my son do a taste test. Trust me he wont bite his tongue. I encourage you to try some if you haven't. Enjoy!
