LHR Miners, Don't Upgrade to the NVIDIA 512.95 Driver (Use 512.77)

With the LHR enabled, I was only getting 21 MH/S mining ETH using the 512.95 driver. With the old driver (512.77), I was getting around 41 MH/S, twice the hash rate.
