Educated Women Think They Are Better Than Blue Collar Men.

"There are no good men out here"
"I can't find a man on my level"
"Men today are either lazy or broke"
"I'm not taking care of a grown man"
"50/50? Heck no I want to have the option to stay at home"

And, depending on where you are some women may have a point. However, it's very common to hear these same women say.......

"I'd never get with a factory worker"
"I don't dislike blue collar men per se it's just they don't "fit" with my lifestyle"
"I don't want a man I can't take anywhere"
"Men like this are uncouth"
"What do I look like dating a man that....."
"These kind of men are boring, not well read, and a bore"

BLAKE HENRYs is greatly outnumbered by Blue HENRYs when it is measured in incomes. And, it goes without saying that there a magnitudes more single available men in the blue collar ranks than white collar.

The U.S economy is aching for many more highly skilled, technically trained people. But what if men end up limiting their eventual marriage prospects if they pursue careers in the trades or other jobs that don’t require a four-year degree? Some proportion of women who have bachelor’s and post-baccalaureate degrees avoid romantic involvements with such guys, holding out for those with B.A.s, M.B.A.s, or J.D.s. Which is to say, they seek potential husbands who have degrees that are more generally esteemed than those earned in a year or two. Same with the kinds of training acquired via apprenticeships or in the armed forces.
