Ryse Loaded Pre Kool Aid Tropical Punch review

An interesting collab between a supplement company and Kool Aid, here I am taste testing the Ryse Loaded Pre in the tropical punch flavor brought to you by Kool Aid! It is a decent flavor but it could be a little bit better. I do enjoy this pre-workout and I found it to be affective. There’s quite a bit of caffeine of this and it made me alert, but this is one of the first times having caffeine after a long hiatus due to surgery. I also got the beta alanine tingles, and my ears got a little bit itchy, which was the first time I felt that since I was in high school.
