Former USC Gamecock Jarriel King speaks on his path from High School football to playing in the NFL

Jarriel King Originally signed with Carolina in the Class of 2005 out of North Charleston (S.C.) High. ...Was one of the top junior college recruits in the country for the Class of 2008. In high school, was named to the Class AAA All-Defensive Team as a defensive lineman by High School Sports Report. First-team all-Low Country and first-team all-state honoree. Didn't play organized football until his freshman season. Also competed in track and field and was the region champion in the shot put. He was drafted to the New York Football Giants under then coach Tom Coughlin, he also spent some time with Seattle Seahawks under then coach Pete Carroll. King now resides in North Charleston where he runs a football camp dedicated to making Offensive Lineman ready for the next level
