INGREDIENTS :

230 grams butter ( 1 cup )
63 grams sugar ( 5 tablespoons )
2 teaspoons vanilla extract ( 8.2 grams )
240 grams plain flour ( 2 cups )
125 grams pecans ( 1 cup )
120 grams walnuts ( 1 cup )
200 grams powdered sugar ( 1 1/2 cups )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a blender add 125 grams pecans, 120 grams walnuts
.blend until fine consistency
.in a large mixing bowl add blended nuts, 240 grams plain flour
.add 63 grams sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt & mix well
.add 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 230 grams butter
.mix with hand until dough like consistency
.roll mixture into small balls & place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
.Place in a preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 15 minutes
.leave to sit for 1 to 2 minutes
.coat each ball with powdered sugar 2 or 3 times until well coated
