The Witcher 3 Next Gen Update DLSS PC DX12 Ultra Settings 1440p Ryzen 9 5900X 3080 TI Gaming X Trio

I can't get Rivatuner working. End up using the Steam FPS counter. Tried another FPS counter program, it didn't read it too. To sum things up, it averages between 32fps to around 60fps, depending where you are. Recording takes off about 4fps or so.
