The Daily Wire reports, California will soon expand a program that pays monthly payments to black "pregnant people." As part of its partnership with Expecting Justice at the University of California San Francisco, the San Francisco Department of Public Health provided $1,000 per month to "pregnant people" in order to reduce the purported health disparities resulting from childbirth among racial minorities.
