Orange/Red UFO shape shift/pear very brilliant/new under clouds

This object has been sighted and reported and actually made the news here...tonight I seen it for the first time. I managed to filter out some of the intense orange Red glow coming off of it. Still wondering what the hell... location is east Coast... object came up from the south with a northern heading. Turned East. Much lower than the cloud ceiling. about 2000 ft elevation.
