The PREP Act Does Not Allow The U.S. Military Operation To Legally Kill Populations In Each Country

The United States' Defense Advanced Research and Projects Agency (DARPA), and their front organizations like Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson &Johnson, etc. are all guilty of willful misconduct because they knew in advance the product they sold to each country would kill the populations.

1st there is NO proof of a novel virus called SARs-COV-2 that existed outside of the computer generated spike protein that was injected into human beings that is falsely referred to as a vaccine. I say falsely because there is no immune response pathway into the lungs that can fight an airborne virus.

2nd the only new virus is the spike protein injected into the human population. The supposed "cure" is the disease. This plandemic comes from the same playbook orchestrated by the same conductor as the HIV/AZT drug in the 1980's by Anthony Fauci.
