McCarthy slams McConnell for working with Democrats on spending bill

House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy took a public shot at Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell for working with Democrats on a bipartisan spending deal. CNN’s Melanie Zanona reports some Republicans have told her McCarthy may be rooting for the bill in private despite railing against it in public.
