-8oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
-8oz Pasta (save some pasta water to help make the sauce stick)
-1oz Spinach
-3oz Light Alfredo Sauce
I N S T R U C T I O N S
1. Cook pasta according to box instructions and drain (save some of the pasta water).
2. While the pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, cook seasoned chicken for 3 minutes per side over medium-high heat. Add in spinach and sauté for 1 minute.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, sauce & a spoonful of pasta water.
4. Add pasta, chicken & spinach to a plate. Season with black pepper and enjoy!
