What I Eat in a Day My Mid-Morning High Protein Shake - Age With Intention Challenge #shorts
My secret to abundant energy & creativity? LOTS of high-quality protein! Thought I'd share a quick look at my mid-morning go-to boost! This is my Chai Tea version using local Raw Milk, one Raw Egg (from my neighbor), Collagen Protein Powder (for an extra boost), and Oregon Chai Tea for flavor (I change up how I flavor the shake). I just use a shaker bottle...and drink! Like most women, I struggle to get enough protein so this is a quick and easy way for me.
