INGREDIENTS
▪️ Goat meat 2.7lb
▪️ 3 medium sized red onions
▪️ 4 - 8 Scotch bonnet pepper
▪️ 2 Large Maggie cube
▪️ Dry thyme
▪️ salt to taste
▪️ Pam cooking oil spray
▪️ 1 medium red onion for garnishing
