Big Win For Team Freedom!

In March of 2021 I stood my ground against the tyrants at the Lihue airport that threatened to arrest me if I refused to sign their agreement to "quarantine" in my home after traveling. You can watch that video here: https://rumble.com/vew8tz-own-your-power-they-cant-make-you-quarantine.html

Later on the prosecuting attorney gave orders to the police and I was subsequently arrested twice in 10 days for refusing to lock myself in my home. The state pressed charges against me and my trial was set for February of 2022. I was facing up to a year in prison for "disobeying the mayor/governor's rules during an emergency period" which is a misdemeanor.

Today I am vindicated! This is a big win not just for me but for all of us and we will continue to fight for justice through our federal lawsuit to ensure this can never happen again.
