EU leaders 'shocked' by corruption scandal

Leaders arriving at the EU-ASEAN summit on Wednesday (December 14) expressed shock after Belgian police discovered huge stacks of cash in raids of the homes and offices of EU lawmakers, parliamentary assistants and NGO campaigners.
