Russia shells regional HQ in Kherson central square claims Ukraine

This footage reportedly shows the aftermath of Russian Shelling on the regional HQ administrative building in Kherson central square. The building was formerly under control of Russian occupation before their retreat to the east side of the Dnipro river on the 11th of November.
