American Orchestra Series - SF Symphony's 2011-12 Centennial Season

Seven great American orchestras, on one stage, in one season. The San Francisco Symphony invites their friends from Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia to help celebrate our 2011-12 Centennial Season by bringing commissioned works to Davies Symphony Hall. Featuring works by Mason Bates, Thomas Ades, and Anna Clyne, and conductors Gustavo Dudamel, Franz Welser-Most, Alan Gilbert, Ludovic Morlot, Charles Dutoit, and Riccardo Muti, the American Orchestra Series is sure to be one stellar birthday celebration.
