What About Cheat Days?
Hello everyone! Today I am talking about my opinion on cheat days, and looking at it from a common sense approach.
Why have I made this channel? Well, it is to keep myself accountable to daily improvements of my life, and hopefully to inspire others to do the same!
In today's world we have the highest rates of heart disease, obesity, cancer, mental illnesses, and many more health issues that doctors try to fix by giving pills. Our social order is changing and we are seeing record numbers of depression, anxiety, suicide, divorce rates, and other social issues that are pressuring people.
With the advent of technology and increase forms of communication, the world can become a confusing place. It creates a false reality that many people adhere to and inadvertently lose touch with what actual reality is. The pills and "quick help" solutions are just like a band-aid trying to hold down another band-aid.
Join me on this journey as we work towards greatness by confronting life head on, learning new skills, implementing healthy habits, and increasing our knowledge! By doing this, we will not need the pills, the drugs or any other band-aid solutions to feel like we are living a full life in the imaginary world. Instead we will actually live in reality and be able to enjoy every moment of it!
