The Perfect Machine For The Homestead

In this video we are demonstrating a machine in our workshop that has served us well over the past 13 years. It is a planer / moulder. We have milled a lot of lumber over the years with our woodmizer band sawmill. This machine has enabled us to turn those board into a wonderful finished product. Paneling, framing lumber, base boards... You name it.
With $10.000 this machine comes with a much smaller price tag than professional machines used in the industry today.
Adjusting the machine takes about 30 minutes which is also faster than most other machines.
With a maximum speed of 12 meters / minute you can truly push the limits on producing planed lumber at a high rate. The max dimensions for 4 side planing are 260mm x 100mm. The total max width you can plane is 410mm.
