Compost Heater for Greenhouse + Free Chicken Feed

We are wanting to reduce the amount of chicken feed that we have to buy. As an experiment I am building a compost pile into the greenhouse both to produce heat and free chicken feed from the biota.
We will be following this project over the course of time now to see how it develops.
