One Of Our Deleted Albums Series

Sonny Rollins is one the leading saxophone players in jazz. He retired from performing between 1959 and 1962. This was his first album after his return to performing in 1962.

This album was originally released in 1962 on RCA Records, catalogue number APL1-0859. Surprisingly, it seems to have been deleted from the RCA catalogue but is available on CD through re-issue labels. Here's a link but I haven't heard this CD remaster so I can't comment on its quality: https://www.amazon.com/Bridge-4-Bonus...

Here's another CD version released on another re-issue label: https://www.amazon.com/Bridge-Sonny-R...

The audio here was taken from a US pressing of the original RCA vinyl LP.
