Watching a Chicken Having a Heart Attack

When standing in front of my beautiful Bielefelder roosters suddenly something happened. He fell over and died right in front of my eyes. It was a slow and painful death. What happened???
The rooster was as healthy as can be and enjoying a good and healthy feed. My research showed me that it must have been a heart attack.
