I feel like a complete and total ICE QUEEN in this icy, cool-tone, white makeup look❄️ I used the icy Colourpop Super Shock Shadow in the color Tassel to bring this stark white, shimmery lid color across my eyelid, and I paired it with the cool-tone 10-pan palette Twist of Slate to keep it cold and grayscale🤍
